3. Assignment and Submissions

The user can easily create the assignments in the system which has fields like file, instructions, due dates, and associated materials. This all-in-one platform guarantees that assignments are created in a well standardised manner across courses and classes.

Submission of assignments is also customized here where the tutor can provide various submission options and they are collected here with this system.

The grades are given for the assignment done by the student from within the system as well with remarks and notes to motivate students.

4. Exam and Results

Only the score and comments left by each of them for students will be available for you to select the top student of the batch.

5. Fees and Invoicing

Our solution allows you to collect fees and invoice all in one spot. We can organize the fees section based on our needs, such as tuition, sports fees, and other charges. Once the fee structure has been constructed, the names of the students from the student list are entered to generate the sales order.

Once the order is created and the fees are partially paid, we can automate the calculation of the student’s outstanding dues for future usage.

Invoices are generated from the same Sale order as with conventional Odoo capability, and payment interacts with financial reporting systems, providing for precise and real-time reporting of fee-related data. This integration ensures consistent financial reporting and analysis.

6. Feedback and evaluation of teachers performance

We have customized this module specially to evaluate the performance of teachers. By collecting feedback from the students, the institution can collect anonymous feedback.
