Our client owns multiple farms across the states, encompassing more than 500 acres of land, with numerous farms and stores associated with each location. Managing routine operations proved to be a significant challenge. Additionally, the client needed to manage the chemicals and materials used on each farm, coordinate various activities, and monitor the assignment of supervisors.

The client has many different farms around the states, having more than 500 acres of land, and consists of many different FARMS and stores for each farm. The Challenge :
Managing attendance for the labours on weekly basis with manual sheet was bit challenging and calculating their weekly labour charge. Managing stock into different warehouses, when to order them was bit challenging part too. calculating and paying their weekly payment with manual attendance was also challenging.
So, manual processes and disjointed systems led to frequent stock shortages, order delays, and customer dissatisfaction. furthermore, the lack of real-time data hindered strategic decision-making, limiting the company’s ability to respond to the market.
Solution :
With our customised ERP Solution we have solved all these problems of customers that helps them to automate their daily attendance of the labours and their internal staff. give them provision where they can generate weekly payment sheet which auto calculate the wages to be paid based on the attended days in week. Also it help them to manage how much in house labours are engaged on particular farms and how many their outsourced on contract based on extra work needed. Client can easily operate all these with customised mobile application which is synchronised with ERP System. which makes their operations more smoother and better. Our multi company and multiple warehouse feature into the application make theirs internal inventory transfer more smoother.
After Implementation customer has experienced remarkable transformation, Inventory accuracy improved by 95%, leading to a 30% reduction in stock shortages and a 20% increase in on-time deliveries.
